Our system utilizes a high performance database which stores information on each file for fast tracking and processing of records requests. This system contains automated reminders as well as correspondence and date tracking functionality. The system provides intuitive reports that contain a full status of the client's records requests including information on reminders sent or authorizations needed for each custodian site.

Once the request for records is received, it is tracked through the system at every stage of the request. At any time during the request, the system can provide a comprehensive summary of all activity for that request. An advanced search and browse utility gives our office staff the ability to answer any questions regarding a request in seconds. All correspondence associated with each records request is recorded and tracked and is available with just a few clicks of the mouse.
